3. Service Fees and Payment

The fees for our services will be communicated to you prior to service initiation. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept payment via credit cards, cash, checks and most payment processing companies.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your appointment without penalty up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled service. Cancellations made within this timeframe may incur a cancellation fee of $200. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Warranties and Limitations of Liability

While we strive to provide accurate leak detection services, we do not guarantee the elimination of all leaks or other issues related to pool integrity. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided, and we are not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages that may arise from our services.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure clear access to the pool area and provide any necessary information regarding prior repairs or issues. We are not responsible for any damage to property, pools, or equipment that results from you failing to disclose relevant information or that arises from conditions outside our control.

8. Governing Law
